Responsibilities
- To oversee the Building Service Centre and respond to client concerns and comments. Engage and plan with clients to keep a positive rapport.

- Communication with contractors and consultants.
- Arrange and oversee reports, records, and correspondence. care and maintenance of the BSC and information centre.
- Plan and oversee conferences and meetings.
- Offer project team administrative assistance.
- Respond to client questions by answering calls and emails. Schedule a customer appointment with the BSC (Building Service Centre
- Looking into issues and offering a report on corrections as well as suggestions for improvement.
- Educating and training front-line employees to handle concerns.
- Other as-needed tasks.
Requirements
- Successful candidate should have a valid Certificate for Service Excellence issued by WSQ
- Diploma / Degree
- Candidate with working experience in HDB Projects is highly preferred
- Building and Construction industry experience in commercial can be considered.
