Responsibilities
- Work in a team with the Director in the renewal of existing portfolio and acquisition of new business
- Liaising/ negotiating with Reinsurers for lead terms and support
- Preparing key renewal information including Risk Profile, Loss Profile, Premium & Loss Statistics, Cat Aggregate Reports, etc from primary and source data
- Portfolio analysis on quarterly basis or as required
- Handling Monthly/ Quarterly declaration listings of dedicated facilities/ treaties
- Liaising with Technical/ Finance Dept colleagues for the submission of the monthly/ quarterly Technical statements
- Maintaining risk listings, claim statistics, updated profiles for the various facilities/ treaties
- Handling/ negotiating on complicated large claims
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in relevant disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the reinsurance industry
- Comfortable to work within tight timelines
- Proficient with MS Office
