Job Scope
1. *Production Operations*:
- Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
2. *Quality Control*:
- Monitoring the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Performing in-process quality checks and inspections.
- Documenting and reporting any deviations or non-conformances.
3. *Safety and Compliance*:
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP).
4. *Documentation and Reporting*:
- Accurately completing production documentation and logs.
- Reporting production data and metrics to supervisors or managers.
- Assisting in the investigation of any production issues.
5. *Collaboration and Communication*:
- Working closely with other team members and departments (e.g., quality assurance, engineering).
- Participating in team meetings and providing input on process improvements.
- Communicating any equipment issues or production delays to supervisors.
6. *Training and Development*:
- Participating in training programs to stay current with industry standards and company procedures.
- Assisting in the training of new employees as needed.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Chemical / Pharmaceutical Engineering
- Must have prior experience in Pharma (internship experience is counted as well!)
- Has keen interest in working in a digitalized plant
- Comfortable to work in 12 hour rotating shift
- Able to start 26 Aug or 2 Sep
