Responsibilities:
- Efficiently collect and deliver failure units from customer sites as per schedule and operational requirements.
- Provide initial troubleshooting support to diagnose issues on site and take necessary actions to resolve or escalate problems.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for customer deployments.
- Prepare equipment for customer milk runs by ensuring it is properly configured, tested, and meets operational standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies and procedures during all operational activities.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports related to equipment collection, troubleshooting activities, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, technical support, or field service roles preferred.
- Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with testing procedures and equipment preparation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to quickly analyze problems and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
- Possess with valid driving class 3(A) license as required to travel for work purposes.
