Job Description
- Assist in liaising with new customers’ onboarding process
- Coordinate with department leaders/ICs with routine administrative task
- Perform routine accounting document chasers, verification and updating of company system records
- Greeting visitors, clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls, screening and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Sorting, preparing both incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in filing, scanning & photocopying
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
