Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and issue Authority To Load (ATL).
- Vet Letters of Credit (LC) and support the invoicing team with document presentation to banks.
- Manage the Financial Documents (FD) process and ensure adherence to policies.
- Collate shipping documents, manage Bills of Lading (BL), and Letters of Indemnity (LOI).
- Assess Statements Of Facts (SOF) and fact-check activities mentioned on SOF.
- Manage export declarations and shipping customs clearance.
- Execute delivery/discharge control documentation, e.g., LOI, Letter of Undertaking (LOU).
- Execute the export declaration and customs clearance process.
- Support SAP/Digital projects and enhancements for the CTC process.
- Support improvement initiatives with a focus on quick-win automations to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain management reporting – keep team reports up to date from both functional and data perspectives and maintain internal databases and systems.
- Support data analysis/reporting activities.
Requirement
- Min. Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the commodity industry is desirable.
- Knowledge of shipping
- Knowledge of LC
