Job Vacancy: Piped Services BIM Modeller/Drafter cum Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drawing Preparation: Create and maintain accurate 3D and 2D drawings for various projects, including Plumbing and Sanitary systems, Irrigation, Rainwater Harvesting, and Fire Protection.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to produce and deliver timely drawings for project submissions.
- Revision Management: Update and revise drawings based on feedback and comments promptly.
- Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to perform clash detection and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Detailed Drawings: Produce detailed and construction-ready drawings as required.
Pre-Requisites:
- Experience: Proven experience in the construction industry as a BIM Modeller and AutoCAD Drafter.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Water Pipe Systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
