Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Equity and working closely with a team of Research Analysts, Sales Traders and Corporate Access teams on your daily operations
- Responsible for increasing sales revenue and market share of institutional accounts across the region
- Cultivate new clients and develop / maintain existing clients through new business ideas
- Understand clients’ strategies, their view of market opportunities so as to advise them on the right investment opportunities
- Determine ways to improve the company’s service to clients and develop a systematic approach to process improvement
- Communicate timely and provide high quality solutions and service to clients to improve their profitability
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Institutional equities sales in Regional Market experience is a must
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Strong institutional client base
- Sales driven, result-oriented, creative, dynamic, good interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
- Team player, family culture
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
