What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a designer with a creative and inquisitive mind, and a keen eye for detail, to join our Product Development Team. You will be responsible for creating outstanding user experiences, collaborating with peers to define, develop, launch and measure successful web and mobile app products, and sharing your talents and expertise with fellow designers.
You will be a problem solver, organized, detailed & extremely collaborative. You must be passionate, positive and capable of making complex things simple to understand for our digital customers.
Whether it be designing the next UI using Figma or creating innovative explainer content and videos using tools like After Effects, you should be comfortable and proud to take the lead within the team.
· You’ll be the strongest advocate for our customers by applying user-centric design principles, contributing from the product design strategy all the way to the UI details and post launch review.
· Communicate user research and design ideas to gain team alignment and understanding by leveraging the appropriate tools/methods (storyboards, user flows, site maps, prototypes, etc)
· Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, industry best practices and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
· Create detailed Figma designs, site maps and production ready artwork that are user centric and proactively solve and simplify complex digital products & experiences.
· Oversee the end-to-end design process working with our development tems to effectively conceptualize and communicate the design approach to champion brilliant digital experiences through great UX/UI, especially in the face of technical challenges.
· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, including the management of digital assets.
We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have:
· 2 years of experience on UX/UI for mobile apps and web platforms
· Experience with business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research.
· Excellent visual design and creative skills with good understanding of user-system interaction
· Skilled at performing interface design critiques, detailed functional or UI specifications for digital experiences
· Experience using Design Thinking (Human Centric Design) methods as input for potential design engagements
· In-depth knowledge of the relevant design software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
· Knowledge / passion for multimedia / video production / After Effects is a definite bonus
· Knowledgeable of technical constraints and capabilities from a development perspective.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and supportive attitude with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
· Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
