Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooking for both residents and staff.
2. Prepare, cook and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing.
3. Prepare food for special occasion, celebrations, parties, etc.
4. Ensure proper use and handling of kitchen utensils and equipment.
5. Assist in the washing up of all utensils and equipment used in the preparation and cooking of food.
6. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen fridge, food trolleys, food warming cabinets, cooking equipment.
7. Assist in the weekly cleaning schedule of the kitchen.
Requirements/Qualification
· Minimum Secondary Level
· 2 years or more relevant working experience
· Demonstrate basic knife skills
· Posses valid Food Hygiene Certificate
Salary range: $2,000 - $3,000
