Your Role:
As a Senior Manager in our Client Partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic visions into tangible results. You'll manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring they align with our client's business objectives and our commitment to delivering growth and impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients and partners, fostering enduring relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality work, thereby becoming a trusted advisor in accomplishing their KPIs.
- Lead key functions including client engagement, timeline planning, task/resource management, and project documentation.
- Contribute to defining and achieving quarterly/annual growth and revenue targets for accounts.
- Gather project requirements from clients and translate them into stakeholder-ready specifications.
- Conduct internal and external project team kickoffs to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Assess project feasibility, constraints, dependencies, and success criteria against time, budget, and workload.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within the agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality.
- Assist in preparing documents such as Pitch Decks, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Website Specifications Documents (WSDs), Statement of Work (SOW), Contact Reports, Project Timelines, and Training Documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet organisational and project goals.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend preventive/mitigating measures.
- Expand and manage the network of trusted partners, independent contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor and report project performance based on predefined metrics.
- Play a significant role in testing and verifying deliverables against project requirements, ensuring timely and precise delivery of high-quality work.
What We Look For:
- >8 years of hands-on experience in Digital & Web Project Management, with a focus on client interaction and relationship cultivation.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle, showcasing proficiency from project inception to successful delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and adeptness with various web technologies (including hands-on experience with Sitefinity, WordPress and other prevalent CMSes).
- Demonstrated success in orchestrating projects, collaborating seamlessly across strategy, creative, technology, and marketing teams.
- Proven track record in delivering websites and applications utilising diverse content management systems.
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective client engagement and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in utilising Project Planning Tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheets for meticulous timeline planning and tracking.
- Familiarity with Project Management platforms like Asana, Trello, or JIRA for efficient day-to-day task management.
- Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, ensuring alignment and understanding among stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving abilities, enabling proactive resolution of project challenges.
- Unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail, upholding a standard of quality and consistently striving for excellence.

- Experience in a digital agency setting is a must.
- Team management experience (Direct-reports) a plus
