Job Description
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project / program / term contract, including developing short and long-range targets, daily activities, safety, quality, financial controls, and reporting and coordination of all stakeholders and subcontractors
- Familiarize, comprehend and execute contracts requirement
- Candidate will need to plan the work schedules and efficiently organize the project/maintenance activities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Will attend regular meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Resolve technical and contractual difficulties and other issues that may arise.
- Candidate will need to be able to communicate to senior management concisely, confidently, ensure solutions and contingencies are provided for each problem faced
- Write technical report and proposal upon project request
- Have experience in using productivity tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Maintenance Resource Planning (MRP)
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the Regulations, Codes of Practice and company’s safety rules & regulations are complied with at all times
- Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E, facilities, or building maintenance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
