As an IT Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our organization’s IT systems. You’ll be responsible for managing both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, overseeing IT security, optimizing resources, and providing excellent end-user support.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management, including cloud infrastructure, Network and security.
Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Manage cloud-based infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and high availability of cloud services.
On-Premise Infrastructure:
Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and security of on-premise IT infrastructure.
Manage servers, network devices, and storage systems.
Manage disaster recovery and backup solutions.
IT Security:
Enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance measures.
Monitor and respond to security incidents.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology vendors.
Ensure vendor contracts align with business needs and budget constraints.
Backup and Recovery:
Manage backup strategies for both on-premise and cloud environments.
Test and validate data recovery procedures.
Asset and License Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
End-User Support:
Provide timely technical assistance to end-users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Day-to-Day Operations:
Oversee daily IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.
Microsoft 365 Administration:
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
