JOB SCOPES:
- Perform full cycle recruitment function from job posting, review resumes of applicants, conduct interview, candidates assessment, offer negotiation to on-boarding of candidates.
- Partner with the relevant business units to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, understand the recruitment needs and job requirements and determine the recruitment strategies for hiring plans.
- Prepare the Job description, provide guidance and advise on recruitment best practice.
- Pre-screen and conduct sourcing in cost-effective and timely manner.
- Build and maintain good rapport with candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Keep the hiring managers informed the progress of recruitment and follow up with the interview process status.
- Proactive build talent pipeline and advise the effective sourcing channels to support the hiring plan in Singapore and other new regions.
- Propose and develop recruitment strategies to support the company expansion plan into new regions. Partner with the stakeholders to understand the talent requisitions for various roles to align the expansion strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to understand the talent landscape. Familiarize with the new markets’ labor law and regulations.
- Stay up to date the with latest regulations, market rates and recruitment trends within the industry.
- Proactive identify, streamline, and contribute improvements to the current recruitment process and best practice.
- Manage and maintain company career website. Coordinate and liaise with school for traineeship and internship program.
- Generate and prepare recruitment activities reports and statistics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose for improvement plan.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/company representative from time to time.
- Uphold strict level of private and confidentiality. Maintain sensitive employee information in a highly confidential manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the technology industry.
