RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
- To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium-and long-term business planning
- Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
- Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
- Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
- Applicants without IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
- A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage
- Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred
- Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
