Job Description:
- Manage and oversee all construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement, and upgrading related works.
- Manage and mentor facility teams, including managers, executives, supervisors, technical officers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
- Ensure all projects are executed smoothly from the pre-construction stage, through the design stage, construction stage, until the post-construction stage.
- Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposals for each project.
- Monitor the performance standards of appointed vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring quality service standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure accurate records and progress reports are prepared in a timely manner.
- Provide cash-flow projections and evaluate contractors' monthly progressive payment claims.
- Chair every progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants, vendors, and records the minute for each meeting.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Leadership ability and the capacity to work under pressure in a complex environment.
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
