Job Description:
- Manage and supervise the M&E team in carrying M&E engineering works.
- Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
- Oversee and coordinate M&E engineering work effectively and work closely with teams, contractors or parties engaged to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
- Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the performance standards of appointed vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring quality service standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Ensure the operation teams comply with client & regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in related Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.
