About the Role:
The Jr. Accountant would assist the Manager – Finance APAC with a range of financial tasks. These may involve assisting with billing invoices, preparation of Quotations, Sales order, Vendor POs, GRNs, updating the financial records and ensuring that books are up to date, and coordinating with different departments or stakeholders to get the necessary information/documents and verifying the documents to ensure that any financial transaction is backed up with the necessary evidence.
Requirements:
•Should be a graduate with Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in Finance background.
•Well versed with Finance ERP and the ERP controls and processes.
•Should have knowledge about processes and not merely be a data entry operator.
•Should have fair knowledge about GST regulations.
•Should be well versed with excel spreadsheets and various excel functions and formulae.
•Should have acumen to look at various financial transactions and analyse from regulatory or financial view point the repercussions and accordingly highlight to the Reporting Manager.
•Should be able to generate or prepare reports and ensure timelines are followed as communicated.
•Strong Communication skills – verbal & written
•Should maintain confidentiality and integrity while dealing with different stakeholders.
