Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Payment and invoice.
- Communication:Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist with data entry and database management.
- Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
Assist with maintaining compliance with company regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Min N' levels, O' levels, Diploma
- Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
