Deputy Director, Operations
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the General Services team to manage general support and environmental services, security and car park as well as general enquiry lines and information counter. In this role, you are expected to collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have to oversee contracted vendors to ensure their compliance to regulatory requirements and adherence to specified service standards and manage tenants and leasing agreements. Last but not least, you will need to do budget planning and expenditure management in addition to providing management reports on a regular basis and participate in corporate projects.
Requirements
- Recognised degree with at least 12 years of relevant operations experience in healthcare, security or hospitality industry
- At least 6 years’ experience in a Managerial or above position
- Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical, organisational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Relevant experience in data management and analysis would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
