We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to provide administrative support to our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
Job Responsibilities
• Correspond Daily with customers both verbally and in writing.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handling and management of department's email.
• Provide administrative support, Liaise and coordinate with team members for administrative matters.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong Team-player
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient is MS office Application.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial industry.
