Responsibilities:
- Reach out to individual branch to request for carton box to be retrieved
- Fill in request form and get individual branch's authorised signatories to sign off for retrieval
- Check carton delivered per what was requested Search for the document and extract the document
- Update excel, physical crown records
- Pack the identified document into the separate box meant for destruction
- Pack remaining documents back into box Seal back the carton box
- Fill in request form and get individual branch's authorised signatories to sign off for return
- Dual control is required
- Any other ad hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum “N”, “O” Levels or Diploma
- Basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel
- Ability to manage high volume of documents and lift heavy boxes
- Comfortable to work in Changi
- Organised, meticulous, team player, committed etc.
