Job Responsibilities:
· Coordination: Collaborate with different departments, clients, and casuals to facilitate effective communication and expectations of the relevant stakeholders.
· Data management: Maintain and update databases, records, and relevant information. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
· Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in our current system and suggest improvements.
· Problem resolution: Address operational issues promptly and provide solutions and support to the team.
· Technology utilization: Ability to use relevant software to help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
· Compliance and documentation: Ensure compliance and MOM laws are adhered to. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about the casuals.
· Quality assurance: Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure quality standards are met.
