Learning & Organisational Development (1 Year Contract) | Up to $8700!

Location: Ghim Moh

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30AM - 6.00PM, Fridays: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Benefits: 1 month completion bonus

Contract extension / conversion to perm


Responsibilities:

(I) Learning:

  • Design, plan and implement "Competency Driven Growth (CDG)" Framework to guide learning, development, and growth.
  • Equip reporting officers (SMT and MMT) to conduct CDG and career conversations with staff.
  • Design and implement Workforce Tranformatiion - identify target groups and their future learning needs, reskill them and redeploy them.
  • Refresh learning policies and guidelines in line with the organisation’s learning philosophy, including developing a comprehensive training and development system for staff, with training for impact, workplace-based training, learnt skills applied to jobs, etc).
  • Monitor and assess the impact of the learning and development strategy and initiatives on organisational outcomes.
  • Oversee and manage the learning budget

(II) Employee Engagement and Culture Building

  • Communicate and administer Employee Engagement Surveys, Pulse Surveys.
  • Faciltate SMT and MMT to close engagement gaps.
  • Induct new joiners.
  • Build kopi kaki network to support staff's wellbeing.
  • Drive culture building efforts, including curating HOT (Honest, Open, Trusting) conversations and townhalls with staff, as well as connects with MMT, togather regular feedback and generate ideas.
  • Lead employee mentoring and coaching programs.

(III) Leadership Development

  • Oversee administration of 360 leadership survey and coaching plan for SMT and MMT.
  • Organize and curate Leadership conversation Series (LCS) for the leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent
  • IHRP Certified
  • Experienced in leading a team of 3 to 4 members within the function for at least 6 years.
  • 15 years’ work experience in learning and organizational development.
