The SVP of Sales & Clients will be responsible for all client-related activities within the company, including sales, business development, and client success on an international scale. This role holds full P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded across various regions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive global revenue growth, enhance client relationships, and expand the company’s international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & P&L Responsibility:
• Full accountability for the business unit’s revenue generation and profit & loss, with a focus on international markets.
• Ensure financial targets are met, including revenue, margin, and profitability goals across different regions.
2. Client Acquisition:
• Lead the strategy and execution for acquiring new clients in diverse international markets.
• Identify and target potential global clients to expand the company’s client base.
3. Client Development:
• Manage and develop existing international client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and tailored solutions, addressing the unique needs of clients in different regions.
4. Revenue Growth - B2B:
• Focus on generating revenue from business-to-business (B2B) channels globally.
• Implement strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the B2B market internationally.
5. Strategy & Business Development:
• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at international client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align business objectives and strategies with global market opportunities.
