Customer Service Executive
· Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes
· Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers
· Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
· Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered
· Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner
· Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently
· Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement
· Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management
