About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Data & Analytics (GenAI) Engineer as we look to scale out our data practice to deliver innovative data solutions to our clients across the world. If you have sound foundational knowledge of data engineering, LLM and LLMOps coupled with rich hands-on experience across related cloud native and/or ISV tools and technologies, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
A successful candidate will accomplish the following:
· Identify, propose and implement advanced best-of-breed solutions to complex data engineering and GenAI problems
· Design, build, launch and support efficient and reliable data ELT/ETL pipelines and unified data foundations to power BI, AI and GenAI applications
· Design, develop, test and support applications based on open-source and custom LLM’s, adhering to appropriate performance, security and quality standards
· Be a technology ambassador – Git, blogs, spokesperson in customer and industry fora
About you

- Possess a strong technology foundation
- Data pipelines engineering and architecture
- Unified data foundation with data governance and quality management
- Have extensive hands-on experience across the data pipeline
- Ingestion: batch, streaming or both
- ETL/ELT
- Repository architecture and implementation
- Good working knowledge and experience in at least one programming language (such as Python, Scala, R) as well as SQL and Bash
- Hands-on experience in Data analytics & visualization
- Developing and deploying LLM based applications including LLMOps
- Prior experience in developing and debugging machine learning applications, statistical modelling etc. would be a big plus
- Good understanding of and experience with cloud-based (AWS mandatory, Azure/GCP would be a plus) application development and data, AI, GenAI platforms would be mandatory
- Good knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau
- Prior knowledge of CI/CD and agile development methodologies would be a plus
- Great aptitude for collaboration combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset combined with technical acumen and curiosity (must-have’s)
- Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin is essential to work with counterparts.
