What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for increasing our client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues. You will identify new markets and business opportunities, and at the same time record sales and reviewing your sales performance while negotiating terms and agreements, and working towards closing sales. You should be pro-active in gathering market and customer information.

• Be the first touch point for the company’s new clients

• Source and generate new leads through referrals, marketing calls, networking events and partnerships with internal as well as external stakeholders

• Ability to handle cold calling and target list creation.

• Be able to engage with a customer to understand their requirements and pain points.

• Provide good customer service to clients by understanding their needs and directing them to the respective relevant department

• Engage in ongoing conversations with new clients to understand their needs and requirements to assess how Undercurrent is able to help these clients to transform their existing IT Systems and Processes

• Share about our services and offerings and evoke propsect’s interest in them

• Assists COO with submitting competitive pricing and global RFQ, RFP and RFI

• Work together and coordinate with the Operations teams to ensure effective customer onboarding

• Prepare and submit on-time and accurate weekly and monthly reports

• High level of resilience

• A positive attitude and negotiation skills

• Degree/Diploma Holder

• Interest in meeting new people, doing business development and sales

• Effective communication skills along with time management

• Basic understanding of IT market and upcoming technologies

• Curiosity outside of your core expertise.

• Willing to challenge the status quo to help drive for better outcomes.
