Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for part-time freelancers, including sourcing and onboarding to meet platform job demands.
* Tap on social medias and other job platform to access mass market.
* Collaborate with our business development team to understand their needs and to address client's demand.
* Establish and nurture new business relationships while providing excellent customer service to candidates.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes.
Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Results and sales-driven mindset.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in English and other languages or dialects (e.g., Malay or Chinese) is a plus.
Relevant experience in recruiting part-time or freelance workers is an advantage.
