Job Description:
- Assist in the implementation of a standardized care assessment framework in Singapore
- Assist in the implementation of system enablers essential to the development of care assessment, such as IT systems integration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for interrail IT system implementation
- Track progress and ensure compliance to timelines in project development and implementation
- Other ad Hoc duties as required to support the care assessment team’s work.
- Proficient in excel
- Meticulous and good in organisation skills
