Working location: Telok Ayer

Work timing: 6 days work week, Rotating Shift: 2 shifts, 9am - 5pm, 1pm - 9pm

Job Scope:

  • Perform administrative duties like data entry and paperwork related tasks.
  • Update and maintain daily attendance records, housekeeping files and records.
  • Keep track of VIP's arrival, special requests and in house rooms, liaise with room attendants and housekeeping supervisors and assistant housekeepers.
  • Ensure inventory are well stocked up for housekeeping.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Able to do rotating shifts.
  • Prior administrative work experiences are advantageous.
