Working location: Telok Ayer
Work timing: 6 days work week, Rotating Shift: 2 shifts, 9am - 5pm, 1pm - 9pm
Job Scope:
- Perform administrative duties like data entry and paperwork related tasks.
- Update and maintain daily attendance records, housekeeping files and records.
- Keep track of VIP's arrival, special requests and in house rooms, liaise with room attendants and housekeeping supervisors and assistant housekeepers.
- Ensure inventory are well stocked up for housekeeping.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to do rotating shifts.
- Prior administrative work experiences are advantageous.
