work one on one basis on various tasks.
Job Description:
- Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join the Core Transformation Team in Singapore.
- This team is instrumental in the comprehensive transformation of our payments platform, leveraging Oracle Payments technology to ensure it remains a leader in banking innovation.
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business analysis, payments systems, and a proven record of managing large-scale transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and meticulously document comprehensive business requirements for the transformation of the payments platform.
- Conduct detailed analyses of current processes, systems, and workflows. Document findings and create precise specifications for the new platform, specifically focusing on Oracle Payments.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the Oracle Payments platform.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure the new payments platform meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Support change management initiatives, including training and communication plans, to facilitate smooth adoption of the new Oracle Payments platform across the organization.
- Ensure all aspects of the payments platform transformation comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on payments systems and large-scale transformation projects within the banking or financial services industry. Experience with Oracle Payments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of API integration for payments and API standards/protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with regulations such as PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML, KYC, and data privacy laws.
- Understanding of international and regional payment standards and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of payment security measures, encryption, and tokenization.
