Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing sales strategies, and mentoring the sales team to effectively sell our frozen seafood products to supermarkets, distributors, and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions for the sales team.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and strategies to senior management.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the seafood or food distribution industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of frozen seafood products, industry trends, and distribution channels.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
