- Managing day to day work assignment to the other site supervisory staff (Site technical officers) and maintain records of their deployment.
- Provide Administrative support on all matters related to the project including processing of monthly progress claim payment and attending meetings.
- 10 years of construction experience in Road works- Cable/Pipe laying works
- Getting the drawing from Sub-Contractors and proof checking Fiber cable design
- Work closely with the STO to verify the final as-built submission by the appointed third-party Contractor to ensure that the pipe alignment corresponds to the site alignment

- Coordination of cable pulling works with SingTel Network Operating Centre
- Coordination of day to day outside Fibre cable pulling work with main contractors.
- Weekly reporting of works carried out, apply access for MDF and exchange.
- To comply to safety procedure in accordance to the work health and safety act
- (WSHC) and to use appropriate safety equipment so as to complete the assigned job

- Assist team lead / Project Manager in managing
- SingTel and Net Link projects cabling work
- Study drawings, plans, specifications, scope of work & guide the project team
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work schedules
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Assess project risks and safety issues and provide solutions where applicable

- The pipeline designer must analyze the pipe-lay configuration to establish
- Supervise the team to execute all pipes/fiber cable works in accordance with all established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
- Coordinates with various government agencies (LTA, Public Utility Board, Singapore Power Grid, Singapore Power Gas & Telco’s) regarding Singtel’s pipelaying and cable works for project management.
- Ensure to close the job properly in the Workforce Management System (WFM) and pipe coordinates, GPS and as-built records are accurate in GIS system.
- In charge of Singtel claim submission under Streamline and WFM.
- Coordination of day to day outside Fibre termination
- work with main contractors.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Meet the requirements:
- Diploma Civil Engineer or similar qualifications
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Preferably with 10 year experience in Cable/ Pipe laying projects.
- Mange workplace safety and health in construction sites (CSCPM)
- Advanced Certificate in workplace safety and health (WSHC)
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)
- Work At Height Course for Supervisor (WAHS)
- Rigger and Signalman Course
