Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director in managing the team and projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring project needs are met in a timely manner.
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, production, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective coordination of design activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for design projects, including design briefs, specifications, and project reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior, Architectural, Event or a related field.
- At least 2 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or a related industry.
- Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations and project constraints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Effective communication abilities and a capacity to collaborate seamlessly with team members.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
- Understanding of creative processes and terminology.
