Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assisting customers in locating products or services.
- Answering questions and providing information about products or promotions.
- Resolving customer complaints or directing them to a manager when necessary.
- Arranging and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Ensuring that products are properly stocked and neatly displayed.
- Updating displays to highlight promotions or seasonal items.
