Job description:
- Responsible for customers' enquiries, quotations, orders and requests.
- Communicate to customers through various channels
- Perform administrative work for order fulfilment and deliveries
- Follow up with customers on inquiry
- Handle purchases to provide a full order fulfilment service for customers
- Work with accounts team on customers’ payments
- Work with logistics team to ensure deliveries are on time
- Provide good customer service through product knowledge, and handling enquiries
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
