Responsibilities:
- Maintain 2 to 3 entities accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports and accounting schedules.
- Handle accounts receivable, payables, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Quarterly GST filing.
- Assist in liaising with auditor, bank, corporate secretary and tax agent.
- Process payroll.
- Admin duties.
- Any other related duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
- Degree, CA or other equivalent professional qualifications in Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Xero accounting software will be a plus.
- Familiar in Data Centre and Connectivity business.
- Proactive and willing to grow with the company.
- Willingly to travel between multiple locations in Singapore.
