Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality and productivity enhancement initiatives, driving improvements
- Manage and guide a team of managers and engineers to analyze performance gaps and enhance OEE
- Develop and mentor staff, manage career growth, and provide technical leadership within the Engineering team.
- Handle recruitment, workforce planning, competency upgrades, motivation, organizational development, salary reviews, and performance management for over 100 Equipment Engineering professionals.
- Plan and control budgets for designated cost centers, ensuring cost savings and adherence to financial targets.
- Manage hardware team performance, focusing on test hardware efficiency, maintenance, and availability.
- Oversee technician resource management, control overtime, skill enhancement, and process improvement.
- Plan and budget for improvement initiatives, ensuring resource allocation and achievement of productivity goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Extensive knowledge in final test and burn-in engineering, including expertise with testers, handlers, oven equipment, loadboards, burn-in boards, and contact technology.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in mobilizing large teams to achieve objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record in root cause analysis and resolution.
