About the Role:
He / She will be providing daily IT Helpdesk service, and any related applications support to StarMed and HMI Group of entities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including network issues, operating systems, and applications.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members or external vendors when necessary.
- Documentation of all change requests, inventory, and new setups.
- Participates in the IT planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry.
- Nice to have knowledge on healthcare industry such as Clinic Management Systems (CMS), Radiology PACS system, Operation Theatre (OT) system, Endoscopy system etc
- Is a team player and can work independently when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work week, office hours.
