On behalf of our client we are looking for Solutions Architect – Payments to work one on one basis on various tasks.
Role:
- Seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to join the Core Transformation Team in Singapore.
- This team is pivotal in transforming our entire payments platform, including migrating from legacy systems to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or in-house solutions, high-value payment mapping, cross-border payments, and low-value payments.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions architecture, payments systems, and a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture for the payments platform transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- System Migration: Lead the architectural design for the migration from legacy systems to COTS or in-house solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Payment Mapping: Architect solutions for high-value payment mapping, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing process efficiency.
- Cross-Border and Low-Value Payments: Design and implement architectural solutions to enhance cross-border and low-value payment systems, improving efficiency and customer experience.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure architectural solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure the architecture adheres to security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the payments platform.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure architectural solutions are thoroughly tested and validated to meet quality and performance standards.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives, including training and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on payments systems and large-scale transformation projects within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design and methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with payments platforms, systems integration, and related technologies.
- Experience with both legacy systems and COTS or in-house solutions.
- Payments Expertise:
- Knowledge of high-value payment mapping, cross-border, and low-value payments.
- Understanding of payment processing, settlement systems, and regulatory requirements.
