Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of admin office and inter-departments
  • Basic HR and accounting support
  • Monitor company insurance, servicing and renewal of machinery/equipment ,etc
  • Data entry, managing database, issue DO & INVs and follow up customer payment.
  • Liaison with inter-departments on necessary work coordination.
  • Generates and processes sales order, delivery orders and invoices
  • Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or the authority.
  • Able to communicate with vendors and partners.(Checking for orders and follow-up requests)
  • Purchase of the office stationeries, equipment’s, PPEs and beverages, etc.
  • Maintain and upkeep proper office filings and documentations
  • Support and coordinate with relevant departments in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent and above
  • Fast response to assigned tasks
  • Good analytical skills, MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Must be well verse with excel and possess basic computing skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, possess a keen eye for details
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
