Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of admin office and inter-departments
- Basic HR and accounting support
- Monitor company insurance, servicing and renewal of machinery/equipment ,etc
- Data entry, managing database, issue DO & INVs and follow up customer payment.
- Liaison with inter-departments on necessary work coordination.
- Generates and processes sales order, delivery orders and invoices
- Prepare & reply correspondence with clients or the authority.
- Able to communicate with vendors and partners.(Checking for orders and follow-up requests)
- Purchase of the office stationeries, equipment’s, PPEs and beverages, etc.
- Maintain and upkeep proper office filings and documentations
- Support and coordinate with relevant departments in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent and above
- Fast response to assigned tasks
- Good analytical skills, MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Must be well verse with excel and possess basic computing skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, possess a keen eye for details
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
