Remuneration: $4,000 to $6,000
Responsibilities:
- Meet with Project Management agents and potential clients to create new business opportunities within the project management platform.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team during the pitching stage.
- Attend site meetings, client briefings, and perform site measurements.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing during the pitching stage.
- Prepare work progress reports and coordinate with all parties involved, including internal Construction and Quantity Surveyor teams during the construction stage.
- Ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time and budget.
- Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to the set target.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize inspections of building work to kick off projects with the internal construction team.
- Recommend actions for nonconforming product dispositions and corrective/improvement actions for project/product deficiencies.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (e.g., Architects, Designers, Consultants, Main & Sub Contractors, Suppliers, and other M&E Contractors).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
- Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
