Sourbombe’s Front of House Service Crew plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality. You will be responsible for providing consistently outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions.
- Coordinate orders for Baristas and service crew to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in dispute resolution.
Preparing Beverage and Quality:
- Preparing coffees and other beverages by following recipes and health safety guidelines, to achieve a consistent and high standard of taste and quality.
Operational Management:
- Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.
- Assist the management in implementing change.
- Manage cost and quality controls.
- Facilitate food safety compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Cleaning: To ensure the workplace is well kept daily. Have a fixed schedule for deep clean a few times in a month.
- Initiative: In the event that the bar is free of duties and work, the whole team is expected to work together to aid in any other aspects that need help (e.g., Help with FOH/BOH for service or cleaning).
- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Inventory and Equipment Management:
- Manage orders for kitchen stock and coffee supplies.
- Maintain and clean coffee machines, and arrange for professional servicing when required.
- Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
- To constantly update store manager on low stocks and unavailability of products for the day.
- Receiving goods: to ensure that all goods received are in good condition and appropriate quantities, sign off on goods.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage of supplies and ingredients.
Training and Development
- Train and set standards for kitchen and service crew.
- Develop and motivate team members through capability development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience in the F & B industry is preferred.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- 5-day work week.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to rotate to other outlets when necessary (e.g., events, peak periods).
- Singaporeans are preferred.
