- Managing architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and requirements.
- Supervising construction activities and verifying compliance with plans and regulations
- Analyzing architectural drawings and documenting any engineering modifications
- Partnering with architectural consultants to ensure project alignment
- Conducting site inspections, reviewing project samples, and performing other related tasks
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in building/architectural related studies
- Registered Resident technical officer
- Preferably understand BIM for design coordination
- At least 2 years expereince in relevant field
