Responsibilities:
- Source through a variety of channels such as job boards, internal database, forums, local social platforms and professional networks.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or Business major.
- At least 2 years of working experience in in talent acquisition supporting function, supporting IT positions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fast learning agility with online tools and platforms.
- Good time-management and multi-task skills.
