Staff Nurse | Pasir Panjang | Up to $4k
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working timing : 44 hours (office hours)
- 5.5days (to be discuss)
- 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm / sat 9am-1pm
- $2800 - $4000
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessment.
- Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
- Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Provide patient education for family members.
- Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress.
- Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
- Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient's outcomes.
- Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
- Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
- Participate in patients' rehabilitation, involving the patients' family.
- Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
- Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
Job requirements
- Diploma in nursing , SNB registered
- With relevant experience
