We’re hiring for our growing Recruitment Executive team. You’ll work closely with our project managers to help them find talent for their projects, and you’ll also be involved in innovative ways to draw in the right talent for the right role.
Responsibilities
- Work with the hiring manager to gain insight into their staffing requirements and develop a targeted recruitment plan to address manpower needs
- Utilize a variety of approaches to acquire and entice prospective talent, including reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and evaluating candidates' skills, knowledge, abilities, and compatibility with the organization's culture.
- Collaborate with the HR administrator to facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and ensure the smooth execution of contract signing procedures.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $2,700 - $3,500
