Job Responsbilities
- Be part of Support & Maintenance team for daily system maintenance & answer user queries
- Troubleshoot system issues and take care of security & user authorization access to system
- Coordinate with different user groups & IT teams on system enhancement & new integration requirements between system and surrounding systems to ensure seamless integration
- Evaluate technical options & propose effective way for enhanced integration design to ensure smooth & accurate data flow between main system and downstream systems
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT
- IT/HR Domain with at least 10-12 years of implementation/system support experience
- Preferably with IT certification / Application certification or work with ERP Systems
- Familiar with integration tools and data dimension of different application applications to support different downstream system integrations requirements
- Good team player and able to work under tight project schedule
- Good at problem solving and strong technical skills
- Like to work with people and willing to work across different time zones
