Job Scopes:
- Helping to install, configure and maintain the company’s IT framework
- Setting up hardware and software applications as and when required
- Providing general support for the IT department and for the company’s computer users
- Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches
- Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
- Creating IT tickets via ticket-tracking software and monitoring progress of individual task pathways
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Working hours
Every Half Day (Morning/Afternoon) or Full day full day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
